Flights & Transfers
Do you provide flights ?
We do not arrange flights as it is cheaper and more flexible for you to book your flights directly with the airline. For information about flights schedule to Bucharest click here.
Do you arrange airport transfers ?
We recommend to opt for our transfer service, which is cheaper and more convenient then taking several overpriced airport taxis.
If we arrive on different flights will you provide transfers for us ?
There is one transfer for the major part of the group included in the our stag weekend packages although we are pleased to arrange individual transfers for other members of the group.
Accommodation
Where are the hotels located ?
19 of 20 of our groups are staying in downtown hotels and actually we have the best partnership with these hotels. The remaining groups are last-minutes requests that could not be accommodated at central venues.
Do hotels require any deposit from stag groups ?
Some of the hotels and all apartments require cash or credit card deposit at check-in. This is returned at check-out after extra costs (hotel bar bills, phone charges) have been deducted. This is the usual policy by lodging providers in Bucharest.
Do we need a extra room if we are odd number in group ?
We always try to arrange a extra bed to twin room for a group with odd number of travelers, but this is not available in all hotels and hostels. Should no triple room be at your disposal we book a single room a low single-supplement.
Can a large group be accommodated in apartments ?
We do not advice apartments to parties above 9 persons.
Activities
Is there transportation included to the activities venues ?
We provide return transfers for all activities located outside of city centre.
How is the safety of the offered activities ?
We partner only with suppliers with long track of incidents free operation
and regularly check the safety measures they have in place.
We strongly recommend to our customers to have travel insurance in place
after the booking is confirmed.
Location & Nightlife
What is the best season to visit Bucharest ?
Actually anytime. During summer there more tourists in the streets and some locals are at holidays, in autumn and spring the city is beautiful and there is a lot of students in city. During winter the parties starts a little earlier and everybody wants to get in, so the best places get crowded very fast.
Where are the best pubs and clubs located ?
Our guides will show you around. They have the best experience with bars
and clubs and have latest information about what kind of event is happening.
The top nightlife spots can be found in the Sector 1, between Unirii square
and Romana square and around Calea Victorei.
Can you organise tour to another destination in Romania ?
Yes, we are organising tours to other parts of Romania. We just need to know your expectations and we will advice you on the best itinerary.

How do I book ?

Do we have to book a package or can we choose only the activities or only the accommodation ?
This is really up to you. However our stag packages are the best value for money comparing to sum of accommodation, transfers and activities costs.
Can we first book the hotels / apartments and later on activities ?
Yes, you can start with your accommodation and adjust activities later. Just do not forget, that both hotels and majority of activity venues have limited availability and we always work on first come first serve basis.
How soon before arrival do we have to make the booking ?
We recommend to book at least three months in advance to have the best availability of accommodation and activities and to be able to find the cheapest deals with low cost airlines. We have been able to arrange everything for a group of more then 20 people in 3 days notice, but this is not the recommended scenario :)
Can we make amendments of the number of persons ?
Yes, although the quoted rate is for a minimum number of persons (usually 10) and if you reduce it under this minimum you price will be different.
Payment
What is the deposit you require and when it is due ?
We normally require deposit of 10% which is due 3 days after you confirm the booking. It can be paid by credit card, as we use PayPal (which is largest internet payment company and part of the auction site eBay). Your credit card details are not shown to us when using PayPal.
Do you charge fees for using credit card ?
No. We do not charge any surcharge for credit card payments of the deposit.
How and when is the balance paid ?
The balance is paid after your arrival in cash to the guide.
What currencies do you accept ?
We accept British pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR), US dollars (USD) and Romanian lei (RON). Preferably the balance is paid in currency in which the group was quoted or in Romanian lei.
What are the cancellation fees ?
We do not charge any cancellation fees for reasonable reductions of travelers
if we receive the information latest 3 days before the arrival.
For cancellations of the whole group, we charge only the 10% if done between
two and four weeks before arrival.
For cancellations of the whole group done earlier then four weeks before
arrival we charge administration fee of 4 GBP per person (minimum 25 GBP).
